The deposit can be transferable to reschedule the appointment. However you must provide more than 72 HOUR NOTICE or you will have your deposit forfeited and a new deposit will be required for another booking.
The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment and an additional $50 fee will be applied to re-book plus another deposit must be maid. We respect your time, please respect ours.
As everyone's time is valuable, it is important to make it on time to the appointment. Anyone who is late 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and will have their deposit forfeited. No exceptions. This is only fair to everybody and it keeps the scheduling on track. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT CAN NOT BE RUSHED

Please come alone to your appointment ( this includes no kids no pets) as our space is small and we reserve the waiting area for our clients.
PLEASE make sure you are around for your touch up 6-8weeks after your first appointment or else additional fees apply, if passed the 8 week mark. If a rescheduling is needed for the touch up a 72hr notice must be given or a 50$ fee applies for late notice.
