✨ POLICY : is in effect so that we may accommodate the needs of others, as everyone's time is valuable.

✨ We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 DAYS before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

✨ AFTER HOURS: All appointments booked outside of opening hours are considered after-hours bookings & are subject to an increase in fees of 20$+tx extra per hour.

✨ TIME: It's very important, to get your full appointment time booked for you. We respect your time please respect ours.

✨ Please come alone to your appointment ( this includes no kids, no pets) if needed please communicate with us first.

✨ If a cancellation/rescheduling is needed, contact us 48hrs before your appointment or you will be charged a late / no show fee.
- REFILLS & MAKEUP : 50$+tx
- FULLSETS: 100+tx

✨ TIME: If you are late for your appointment you risk having your appointment time reduced. If your time is reduced, you still owe for the entire appointment as booked.

✨ If a cancellation/rescheduling is needed, contact us 48hrs before your appointment. or your may be charged a 150$+tx late / no show fee.

✨ TIME: If you are 15 mins past your appointment time it will be considered a cancellation fee of 150$+tx. We can not rush a permanent makeup treatment.

✨ TOUCH UPS: Please make sure you are around for your touch up in 6-8 weeks after your first appointment or A 50$+tx additional fees applies If passed the 8 week mark.
