 POLICY PERMANENT MAKE-UP 

policy

  • As everyone's time is valuable, it is important to make it on time to the appointment. Anyone who is late 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and will have their deposit forfeited, No exceptions. This is only fair to everybody and it keeps the scheduling on track.
     

  • Please take into consideration possible traffic jams and road closures to ensure timely arrival.
     

  • Please come alone to your appointment ( this includes no kids no pets) as our space is small and we reserve the waiting area for our clients.

NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT (DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
 

  • The deposit is to secure the booking for the full treatment. COST: $86.23 (with tax). The amount is deducted from the final cost. This can be paid via interac E-transfer.
     

  • A receipt will be emailed.

If a rescheduling is needed a 72hr notice must be given or your deposit is lost.

Please make sure you have read threw the information prior as your deposit will be forfeited if the area can not be worked on.

TOUCH UPS
 

  • Please make sure you are around for your touch up in 6-8weeks after your first appointment or else additional fees apply, If passed the 8 week mark.
     

  • If a rescheduling is needed for the touch up a 72hr notice must be given or a 50$ fee applies for late notice.

The deposit will be forfeited if the client fails to show up to their appointment and an 
additional $50 fee will be applied to re-book, then another deposit must be made. We respect your time, please respect ours.

  1. Contact hours are 10am-7pm (excluding Sunday's ) If a cancellation/rescheduling is needed, contact us the day before your appointment BEFORE 5pm (excluding Sunday's).
     

  2.  If your appointment is on Monday, you have until Saturday 5pm to let us know anything.
     

  • Anything after these restriction will result in a 25$ fee.
     

  •  If you are late for your appointment you risk having your appointment time reduced. If your time is reduced, you still owe for the entire appointment as booked
     

  •  All appointments before opening and after closing are considered after hours and are subject to a increase in fees. Fees are subject to change.
