Are you booking for a yearly refresher done at BOLD ?

NOTE: Having your color refreshed at 1-2 years. Shape must still be visible. If shaping needs to be redone, it is considered a full service at full price. Anything after two years is a full price procedure.
ALL NEW CLIENTS NOT DONE AT BOLD WILL BE BOOKED AS A NEW SERVICE.

NOTE: Please make sure you have read through the information above as your deposit may be forfeited if your brow area can not be worked on.

Once you fill out the form I will then pre-approve you, I will let you know what upcoming dates are available. Appointments are booked daily and spots fill, it is a first come first served booking. Once I give the dates, I suggest choosing the spot you want right away. I will then guide you on how to leave the deposit through e-transfer.
