Your appointment is scheduled for 4 hours. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Consultation: We’ll start with a discussion on the process and your preferences.
2. Preparation: Your lip area will be thoroughly cleaned.
3. Design: We’ll outline the desired lip shape, make any adjustments, and choose the color pigment.
4. Numbing: Once the shape is finalized, a numbing cream will be applied to your lips for 15 minutes.
5. Tattooing: The tattooing process will begin.
6. Aftercare: After the procedure, we’ll go over the aftercare instructions with you.
Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable, so review our POLICY (javascript:void(0))carefully.
Final results won't be visible after the first session, as this is a 2-3 step process:
1. First Session: Establishes shape and symmetry.
2. Touch-Up: Scheduled 6-8 weeks later to refine, add density, and adjust as needed
After the touch-up is healed, some may still use makeup, as pigment absorption varies. We aim for excellent results, but perfection is not always guaranteed.
A touch-up is essential and non-negotiable. Additional touch-ups may be needed for clients with previous tattoos, certain skin types, or those with health issues or poor aftercare. Results can vary.
DAY 1: After the procedure, your lips may feel dry, chapped, tight, and tender. They may appear swollen, darker, and bolder, and might feel slightly sunburned. Minimal discomfort is expected. Bruising can occur but will fade within a few hours.
Important: Do not ice your lips.
HYGIENE: Avoid getting toothpaste on your lips.
EATING: Stay away from oily, acidic, spicy, salty, or heavily seasoned foods. Use a straw for drinking. Gently rinse and clean your lips with water after meals, pat dry, then reapply ointment.
Avoid eating for 3hours post-appointment to allow the channels of the lips to close . reducing infection risk, Drink with a straw until your peeling is over.
DAY 2 - Peeling Phase: Your lips will start peeling and the color will lighten by 50%-70%. Apply a thin layer of ointment as needed when lips feel dry.
WEEK 2: Peeling should be complete, and your lips might look milky and cloudy. You can return to your normal routine.
WEEK 6-8: Full healing takes 6-8 weeks. During this time, the tattoo will soften and lighten, achieving a more natural look. Even if color seems to have faded, your skin is still regenerating. Wait until the full 6-8 weeks to see final results. Once fully healed, a touch-up or adjustment can be done.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you’ve ever had a cold sore, you must get a prescription for an antiviral like Valtrex from your doctor. Tattooing can trigger a severe outbreak if the virus is present in your body.
Do not risk skipping this step, even if you’ve only had a cold sore in the past.
If you haven’t had an outbreak, take L-Lysine leading up to your appointment. It’s an amino acid that supports immunity and healing. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement. L-Lysine is available at health and supplement stores.
Lip Blush typically lasts 2-5 years before a refresher is needed. The duration can vary depending on the individual.

Some discomfort is expected with this procedure.
Before starting the Lip Blush, we apply a topical anesthetic and wait 15 minutes to minimize discomfort.
Pain tolerance varies from person to person, so you may still feel some discomfort even with the anesthetic. You may experience hypersensitivity and more discomfort around or during your menstrual cycle.
This technique is classified as "semi-permanent" because the pigment breaks down over time, leading to a gradual color change. Refresher appointments are needed to maintain the true color. The pigment may not fully disappear over time.
Results vary: some people may see complete fading, while others retain more color.
This is a normal aspect of permanent makeup.
Cosmetic tattooing is designed to provide a softer, more subtle enhancement for a natural look. Unlike body tattoos that use ink, cosmetic tattoos use pigments that are meant to fade gradually. This fading allows room for adjustments in color and shape over time, accommodating changes in the client’s natural coloration and facial structure.
